The Disciplinary Committee of the Chamber of Advocates has decided to suspend the license of lawyer Lefter Xhengo, Leli Kaja's defense attorney, for two years, after the latter broke the lawyers' boycott and participated in the session for the determination of the security measure at the GJKKO.

The decision was made after an emergency meeting of the Disciplinary Committee, called this Friday, following the participation of two lawyers in court hearings, despite the boycott announced by the Chamber of Advocates.

Meanwhile, the meeting continues to review the case of another lawyer, who a day earlier broke the boycott during the hearing to set a security measure against Gerta Gjoci.

The lawyers' boycott was undertaken in protest against the GJKKO regulation, which they oppose on the grounds that it violates the exercise of their profession.
