The Special Prosecution Office has officially reacted after reports that a SPAK prosecutor was filmed in Ergys Agas's office.
In an official response to journalist Arsen Rusta, SPAK, regarding the reports, clarified that no special prosecutor is investigating and that no prosecutor has been summoned for questioning regarding these reports.
He also clarified that none of the 20 prosecutors were sent a subpoena for verification or clarification purposes.

In response to your request, registered with the Special Prosecutor's Office on 2.10.2026, we inform you as follows:
Regarding the latest reports, we clarify that the name of none of the SPAK prosecutors has been registered in the criminal proceedings under question, and none of them has been summoned for questioning in relation to these reports.
In response to the second question, we inform you that none of the 20 prosecutors have been sent a summons for verification or clarification purposes.
