SPAK seizes the phones of Ard Veliu, Arjeta Puca and Kasnec, interrogations are expected

Telephones, laptops and some documents are reported to have been seized from Ardi Veliu, director of the 'KAYO' company, Arjeta Puca, administrator of the joint-stock company 'TIMAK Defence', and the shareholder of this company, citizen Manjola Kasneci.

The investigation, which began mainly after the denunciation on September 7, 2026 on 'Çim Peka LIVE' on SYRI TV, now also has Israeli Ron Yeffet at the center of this scandal.

The case is being pursued by a SPAK prosecutor and two officers from the National Bureau of Investigation, who, this morning, conducted searches in the apartments and seized electronic devices.

'... The investigation is in its initial stages and we cannot say that we have discovered anything significant yet. Let's wait for the examination of electronic devices and the questioning of individuals to learn more about this situation...', said a source close to SPAK.

It is expected that several people, including the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense, will be questioned about this matter.

Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, in his denunciation, spoke about what he described as the 'KAYO concept', a criminal company, claiming that it extends to several areas that, according to him, are related to criminal activity.

Ahmetaj warned that the materials will be accompanied by other documents and data, mentioning charter trips, hotel stays in Italy and other persons connected, according to him, to these developments.

'It's about the wiretapping, because I don't want to keep anyone in suspense, because that's not the intention. It's about the character who is already very well-known in Albania, the American-Israeli-Albanian Ron Yeffet. What is Ron Yeffet? Ron Yeffet was seen in Albania in 2008 and has an early relationship with the head of the organization.

He is American-Israeli and Albanian. So, he has all three passports, if I'm not mistaken, then they have no value. He is the person I have denounced, who has asked the head of the organization to close Albania's debt. This is exactly the person to whom Ditmir Bushati was asked to hand over the embassy in New York, for construction, for Ron Yeffeti. And today there are many elements.
