FOR DELEGATION OF COMPETENCE
In support of articles 28 and 29, of law no. 44/2015, "Code of Administrative Procedures of the Republic of Albania",
I order:
1. The delegation of powers Mr. Alteo Hysi, deputy general director of the Media and Information Agency, for all procedures allowed by law, as far as possible and in accordance with the legislation in force.
2. The delegated powers will be exercised for the period from 28.2.2023 to 31.12.2023.
3. For the implementation of this order, Mr. Alteo Hysi, deputy general director of the Agency for Media and Information.
4. This order enters into force immediately and is published in the Official Gazette.
