"Not Amnesty, but Fiscal Peace"/ Rama: Opportunity to formalize undeclared income from previous years! Here is the only condition to benefit

Prime Minister Edi Rama is holding a meeting with the business community, in an open dialogue on Fiscal Peace.

When asked by those present, Rama stated that the only condition to benefit from Fiscal Peace is that the enterprise does not conflict with Albanian law.

On the procedural side, Ramna said that a self-corrected fiscal statement must be presented.

"The difference between Fiscal Peace and Fiscal Amnesty is very simple and clear. Here, peace is made with all those who are not currently in conflict with the law. They are not in open criminal proceedings, they are not in open court proceedings that affect the legitimacy of income. For the rest, it is as already written in the law. If the enterprise wants to return to the statements declared in previous years and brings self-corrected statements, it will only pay 5 percent of the new profit. This is how that part of the income that is not in the statements is formalized," he said.
