Pie with gravy and eggs

Ingredients:
1 package of pie noodles (or homemade noodles)
2–3 cups of broth (beef or chicken)
4–5 eggs
4–5 tbsp oil or melted
butter Salt, to taste
Black pepper (optional)
Preparation:
If using onions, lightly sauté them in a little oil until soft. Add the broth and let it heat up (not boil). Adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs in a bowl and gradually add them to the warm broth, stirring constantly so that they do not curdle. Grease the pan with oil or butter. Place some noodles on the bottom, lightly coating them with oil. Pour some of the broth and egg mixture. Continue alternating noodles + broth until the ingredients are used up. Place 2–3 noodles on top and coat well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40–45 minutes, until the surface is golden brown. After removing from the oven, cover lightly with a cloth and let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
