Requested video of the counting at the CEC, Kalaja: I have doubts, I will go to the Prosecutor's Office

Democratic Party candidate for MP, Aulon Kalaja, spoke about a request he filed with the CEC requesting the provision of video footage of the vote counting.
His request comes after he suspects that the preferential vote was manipulated.
"I deal with the principle, if my counters have stolen a vote, the vote will be returned to the owner. But if the CEC does not take it over, I will turn to the prosecution. I will do this because I promised the citizens that I will protect their vote. I have received my mandate anyway, because I have received Kruja and Fushë-Kruja. I have received so many votes that it was not expected," said Kalaja.
Asked by journalist Flogert Muça from the Euronews Albania studio whether his request would harm the cause of the Democratic Party, Kalaja said:
"I have not stolen any votes, I have run a modest campaign that does not exceed 10 million old. I have even asked SPAK to wiretap my phone. I believe that the process itself will unmask it. I have nothing personal with anyone. I am in my battle and my right, time will tell if I was right," said Kalaja.
