The political leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, together with the candidates for MPs OrjTola Pampuri and Pëllumb Seferi, held meetings at the Dinamo market in Tirana with citizens and traders of the area. But I tell you that it will heal, stop voting for Edi Rama, and even if it heals, you will no longer be a çyryk. So he has that for those who vote for him, he makes fun of them. Because he takes their votes, steals their money, kills their hope and still insults them. While the others who vote against him have their minds straight. This time, vote for number four, for the Euro-Atlantic Coalition and do everything so that children do not leave again. Even those who left without papers have the opportunity to return and work in their country "- said Basha.
He also said that the biggest wound of the corruption of Rama and his friends in 7x7-313 is the massive departure of youth without returning. Basha said that the only solution is the total support of SPAK in the fight against the corrupt, so that the money goes into the pockets of citizens and not into the pockets of 7x7-313.

Basha further presented some of the points of the program, which are:
- 9% flat tax;
-9% tax on personal income, above the subsistence minimum (wages below the subsistence minimum - 0 tax);
-9% tax on business profits (excluding small businesses);
-0 tax for small businesses up to 14 million new lek turnover per year;
-Liabilities to local government will be no more than 1% of annual turnover;
-Elimination of tax controls for small businesses.
According to him, they will relieve citizens and entrepreneurship from the stifling policies and bureaucracies of the 12-year government.
