The political leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, together with the candidates for MPs OrjTola Pampuri and Pëllumb Seferi, held meetings at the Dinamo market in Tirana with citizens and traders of the area. During the conversation with Basha, they expressed the problems they face daily, such as the decrease in purchasing power, the high cost of living and the departure of children.

" We are very tired and we are not doing any work, we are living on a hundred lek. We are very tired. Our money has run out, " said a trader.

While another said that "our souls were taken, we were tired as much as we wanted, they were beating us for life. Take him not to 313, but wherever the worst place is, all with Lal, with Edi Rama, with everyone, with Belinda. My soul has come to the tip of my nose, I am working like a horse for a piece of wheat to hold 3 kalamaj. They beat us for life, they beat us. The lights cost 370 thousand lek as if I had a bakery ."

Highlighting corruption as the biggest problem in 12 years, Basha said that anyone who votes for Edi Rama and his friends today is a syryk. According to him, the prime minister has this word for those who vote for him, because he takes their votes, steals their money, kills their hope and still insults them.

" He has that çyryk for those who vote for him. To vote for 12 years for a man who steals from you, who cheats, who lies, whose friends are all in prison for thieves, you have to be a bit of a çyryk in the head. But I tell you that it will heal, stop voting for Edi Rama, and even if it heals, you will no longer be a çyryk. So he has that for those who vote for him, he makes fun of them. Because he takes their votes, steals their money, kills their hope and still insults them. While the others who vote against him have their minds straight. This time, vote for number four, for the Euro-Atlantic Coalition and do everything so that children do not leave again. Even those who left without papers have the opportunity to return and work in their country "- said Basha.

He also said that the biggest wound of the corruption of Rama and his friends in 7x7-313 is the massive departure of youth without returning. Basha said that the only solution is the total support of SPAK in the fight against the corrupt, so that the money goes into the pockets of citizens and not into the pockets of 7x7-313.

For this, he further said that the only guarantee is a vote for number 4 and the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, because otherwise, a vote for Rama gets his friends out of prison, a vote for Berisha unfortunately gets Ilir Meta out of prison.

" The biggest wound is the departure of the youth. It is a consequence of corruption. To leave to take something and return, it is normal. To leave and never return, this is a consequence of corruption. It is a massive departure, it is an emptying of the country. When you take the money, instead of investing it in jobs, to train them, you take it and put it in the pockets of 4, 5 ministers, of course you are leaving them. That money is either in your pockets, or in the pockets of Edi Rama at 7x7-313. We will take it away from them. Vote for number 4. We have the power to give you a program and a team, then each one has one vote on May 11. You voted for Rama, you voted to get his friends out of prison, I'm sorry but you voted for Berisha, you voted to get Ilir Meta out of prison. You want all the corrupt to go to prison, 4, the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, total support for SPAK. Because the money, either in their pockets or in your pockets, cannot be in two places at the same time. In order for it to come to your pockets, his friends have to go to 313 ,” he said.

Basha further presented some of the points of the program, which are:
- 9% flat tax;
-9% tax on personal income, above the subsistence minimum (wages below the subsistence minimum - 0 tax);
-9% tax on business profits (excluding small businesses);
-0 tax for small businesses up to 14 million new lek turnover per year;
-Liabilities to local government will be no more than 1% of annual turnover;
-Elimination of tax controls for small businesses.
According to him, they will relieve citizens and entrepreneurship from the stifling policies and bureaucracies of the 12-year government.
