Gentian Sula, one of five businessmen under security measures from the same case that put Mayor Veliaj behind bars, has "taken action" to protect his company "Agikons" from a possible seizure.
"AgiKons", the developer of the "Kodra e Diellit" residential complex, has moved from the Albanian registry to another country.

According to the data, the request for the transfer from the Albanian registry to the British registry was made in August last year and was approved today, February 18, 2025.

Gentian Sula, along with Meriman Palushi, Fatmir Bektashi, Sokol Kryeziu and Shkëlqim Fusha, are accused by SPAK of the criminal offense of "Active corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials".
