Based on and in implementation of the law "On Gatherings", the Tirana Police has undertaken all measures to guarantee public order, enforce the rights and freedoms of citizens and participants in gatherings, as well as protect public and private property.

In implementation of these measures, in order to guarantee the smooth running of the rally, movement will be restricted on several road axes/segments today and tomorrow, specifically:

Tirana Police appeals to citizens to avoid driving on road axes that will be blocked and to use alternative routes, so as not to impede the free movement of participants in the rally.

Taking cue from several public statements, we call on citizens to distance themselves if they are faced with illegal actions that violate public order and safety.
