Counting for candidates from the open list, Shkodra introduces a DP MP to the Parliament, here's who remains out

The Shkodra Region continues the counting of open list candidates who will be part of the new Parliament.
So far, voters in this district have allocated 5 mandates to the Democratic Party, 4 to the Socialist Party, and 2 to the Social Democratic Party.
Regarding the open list, only the Democratic Party was able to enter one MP into the Assembly.
Out of 405 boxes, 82 have been counted so far, resulting in the entry into the Assembly of the open list democrat Ludovik Hasani, leaving out the former mayor of Shkodër Bardh Spahia.
The Socialist Party in Shkodra has failed to secure a seat in Parliament for its candidates on the open list, leaving out former MP Edona Bilali and Frrok Gjini, who is the most voted for socialists on this list, with 1487 votes so far.
