The counting of diaspora votes for candidates for the Lezha district is also completed. The result for the mandates was "sealed" on Saturday, 4:3 in favor of the DP.
There is a reversal among the Socialist Party candidates. According to the votes, Admir Kadeli received the third mandate for the Socialist Party with 27 more votes than Marjeta Neli.
This has also been confirmed by the CEC in the official results. Due to gender quotas, the CEC may perhaps shuffle the candidates, but so far the mandate goes to Kadel.
