Sali Berisha hopes to overthrow Rama, the last call to citizens: Let's show the world that we will not stop

Two hours before the start of the national protest, former Prime Minister and Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha used the last hours to call on Albanian citizens and small opposition parties to join today's protest.
Berisha stressed the need for all opposition forces to unite, despite their differences, to send a strong message to both Albanians and the international community. According to him, the protest aims to prove that there is no force that can stop the confrontation with what he calls the worst regime in the country's history.
"I invite all opposition political forces, all those who feel opposition, regardless of the differences we have, to unite today to prove to Albanians and the world that there is no force that can divide and prevent us from overthrowing the worst regime that Albanians have known in history. I have the belief that Tirana is boiling, Albania is boiling, and the protest will mark the turning point towards victory," said Berisha, thus expressing his belief that Tirana and all of Albania will unite today and that today's protest is expected to mark an important turning point towards the opposition's victory.
