Dish with green beans and shahine plums
Ingredients:
800 g green beans
2 onions
2 carrots
2 tomatoes
1 bushel plums
1 lj concentrated sauce
Olive oil
Mint leaves
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
First, we clean the green beans by removing the threads and ends and put them to cook in a pot with a little olive oil. Then remove the green beans and sauté the finely chopped onion in the same fat. After the onion becomes transparent, add the garlic and carrots cut into thin circles.
We continue the sautéing, then adding the grated tomatoes, shahine plums and the sautéed green beans. Adjust the taste with salt, pepper and add water to the mass of the ingredients. Let the dish cook at medium temperature and in the last 5 minutes, if you want the liquid to be a little fuller, you can add some flour diluted with water. Sprinkle it with mint leaves, let it air a bit and then serve it warm.
