1 and a half kg of chicken

1 kg of ripe tomatoes

2 cups trahana either spicy or sweet

1 medium onion

4 tablespoons of butter

First, peel and chop the white onion as finely as possible, meanwhile you have placed a deep frying pan on the fire and heat it with two tablespoons of butter.

When the butter has completely melted, throw in the onion and let it fry lightly until its color becomes transparent.
