Peppers stuffed with bulgur

3-4 large peppers
1/2 cup bulgur
1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
150 g minced meat
1 finely chopped onion
200 g tomato sauce
Parsley
70 g white cheese
Olive oil Salt
/ Black pepper/ Cumin

Preparation

Fry the onion in olive oil and add the minced meat. We continue with the bulgur and chickpeas, and add the tomato sauce. Add spices, salt and cook a little. Then we remove it from the fire. Split the peppers in half and place them in the pan. Add the filling to the third quarter of the tube and fill it with water. Add the white cheese on top and bake at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
