Complete soup with chicken and garlic

Ingredients

Half a chicken
4 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of fresh butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of chicken stock
3 teaspoons of lemon zest
Juice of 2 lemons
A bunch of chopped parsley
Salt
Oregano
Black pepper
Preparation 
Put the olive oil in a pan and put it on the fire.

As soon as it is heated, pass the pieces of chicken which you have rinsed previously with plenty of water.

Marinate the chicken with oregano, pepper and a little salt.

After about 8-10 minutes have passed, remove the pieces of meat from the heat, leaving them on a plate.
