Name/ Popular rapper, racing with 'Lamborghini' on the streets of Tirana. Here's the fine he got

The well-known rapper originally from Kosovo, Xhonatan Isufi, known by the stage name Don Xhoni, was caught doing speed races in Tirana.
He was fined 40,000 new lek, while he was doing speed races with a luxury vehicle, an orange Lamborghini.
Don Xhoni is in Tirana, while he himself posted a video on Instagram with the orange Lamborghini.
Meanwhile, during the past week, 11 drivers were arrested for violating traffic rules.
Three of them were stopped after they were caught driving the vehicle in a drunken state, 2 drivers did not have a driving license, while 5 others did not respect road signs.
While another driver was handcuffed after trying to bribe the policemen.
