Who is Mariana from Prishtina in Drake's song?

The Canadian rapper, Drake, released yesterday his new song "Polar Opposites", the closing video clip of his latest album.
As it appears in the video, the rapper has Albanian friends as he is seen playing poker with them in his residence, wearing red jackets and a black eagle on his back. The latter is the national and ethnic symbol of Albania.
While playing poker and hanging out at pool tables, Drake sings to a girl who, according to the lyrics, has blocked him on every social platform. The girl's name is Mariana. (Sounds like an Albanian name, doesn't it?!)
"Had to plans to understand ya
Mariana you broke my faith
Why you gotta listen to the propaganda?
We just broke the ice, and now you're both leaving
I was being kind, I don't understand ya
You should let your sister be the voice of reason
Either it's your text that I'm misreading
Or it's just your actions are misleading
Don't know how they do things in Pristina,
I just know the tension is increasing"
Reading this part of the text, it seems as if Drake fell in love with a girl from Pristina. "Bipolar, immature," he says in the lyrics. The video ends with an eagle soaring above the red sky. There are several options for Mariana's identity circulating on the web, but there is still no certainty.
The video "Polar Opposites" follows the release of "Scary Hours 3" which captured viewership records. The world-famous singer has announced earlier that he plans to take some time away from music to focus on his health.
