Fine and two sentences, the former national football player suffers badly

The Swiss Football Federation has announced three decisions for Taulant Xhaka. The former Albanian midfielder must pay a fine of 7,500 francs, is suspended for one match, and must also serve 18 hours of community service for the football community over the next 6 months.
The decision for Xhaka came after Basel's title celebration. The Albanian midfielder communicated with fans using hate speech against other clubs. His use of pyrotechnics was also considered unbecoming behavior.
Basel returned to the championship title after 8 years in Switzerland. This is also the last season for Taulant Xhaka, who has announced his retirement from playing football. At the age of 34, he leaves after a career spent at Basel where he joined the first team in 2010.
