Juventus accepts Calciopoli after 17 years, gives up court proceedings

The Calciopoli case ends after 17 years, the Serie A scandal that was followed by the relegation to Serie B and the removal of two titles from Juventus in 2006.
The Whites never admitted the guilt and have pursued all possible court battles, to return the lost titles with the Calciopoli process, but they did not win any of them.
After 17 years, on October 6 of this year, the white club signed, through president Ferrero, the decision to withdraw the appeal at the last level remaining in the justice system in Italy, finally accepting the verdict as unchanged.
In this way, the debate on the issue that shook Italian football in 2006 ends, since with the withdrawal of the appeal, it seems that the whites have surrendered in their battle to change the verdicts of 17 years ago.
