Luka Modric to Milan? "I have had contacts, but there is no decision"...

Despite increasingly persistent rumors about his transfer to Milan and direct contact with Igli Tare, Luka Modric is not committing to his future at the Rossoneri.

"I haven't decided yet where I will continue my career," he explained at a press conference from Croatia's training camp, ahead of their 2026 World Cup qualifier against the Czech Republic.  

There have been contacts and phone calls, but I have put them all aside, because now I want to focus on the national team.

"In this period it is normal not to know where you are going," the Croatian organizer added. "But I don't think that should compromise anyone's concentration."
