"She didn't pay the electricity bill"/ Landlord seeks to evict mother with 4 children from apartment

The show "Tak-Fak", following the case of Izaura (a Roma woman with 4 children) whose landlord wants to evict her, met Ibrahim, who has unilaterally terminated the contract, claiming that the electricity bill has not been paid.
"This hasn't paid anything. No electricity, no water, no rent..." - says Ibrahim, who reveals that this is what the electricity biller says when the latter hasn't even been paying.
The landlord wants to evict Izaura, but the contract actually ends on November 7th and he receives the rent bonus from the municipality according to the agreement. Ibrahim claims that Izaura has not paid for the lights, but on the other hand, he claims that the biller has not been there, while the bill exceeds 100 thousand old lek each time.

The show Tak Fak brought up the case of Izaura, who is being treated with a rent bonus by the Municipality of Tirana. What Izaura is experiencing is modern slavery.
The state has not given her a rent bonus and now she risks being left homeless if she does not pay her rent. Izaura is a divorced mother of four children.
Izaura: I have a 1-year contract with the gentleman in the apartment where I live. The owner Ibrahimi wants to evict me from the apartment. He wants me to leave the apartment, because of the lights. I spend a lot, 120-150-180-190 thousand old lek per month. Even OSHEE has said that this is how much they come, they haven't found a solution for me either. Mr. Ibrahim said he wants this much money or we have to move out. He has been asking me for this for 1 week and has also notified the police. The police told me to get my clothes ready for 1 week because we are going to move out. The clock is not separate, there are several connections in one place. There is a shower, but it doesn't work, the wires are pulled out. We heat the water and wash ourselves with cans.
As seen from the footage of the TakFak show on News 24, the family headed by Izaura only has a television, a heater, and a stove for cooking, and for that they are asked to pay close to 200 thousand lek in old electricity bills, in addition to rent.
The Tak Fak journalist also reveals details that make the story more serious. She states that Ms. Izaura is given a 1-week deadline to leave the house, when her contract ends on November 7, 2025.
