After more than 20 years at the helm of Fiks Fare, journalist and host Filip Çakuli is expected to leave the investigative show, paving the way for a new chapter in the format's history.
According to Alfapress.al sources close to Top Channel, Filip Çakuli and his replacement, Denisa Haxhiaj, have been notified of their departure from the show.
Fiks Fare, the first investigative show of its kind in Albania, has a history of 25 years and during this time has become one of the most popular investigative journalism programs in the country.
It is learned that the leadership of the Fiks Fare team has already been taken over by journalist Antela Lika, one of the well-known names of the investigative team. Antela Lika is the author of some of the strongest investigations and denunciations that have echoed on the Fiks Fare screen over the years.
The change marks an important turning point for the show, which is expected to continue its journey in a new direction, but while maintaining its focus on investigative journalism and denouncing issues that affect citizens.
