On Sunday evening, gunshots were heard from a yacht sailing in Palasa. The report, which came around 9:00 PM, set in motion the Border Police, Delta Force and the FNSH who began the pursuit to capture the vessel that was moving towards Himara with a sea and land operation that lasted 2 hours. 

After managing to escort the yacht to the docks of Porto Palermo, the police detained 4 people on board.

According to the police, Bruno Çela, 31 , the son of "Brunes" businessman Geront Çela, Leonard Hasa, 31, Afrim Kastrat, 49, and Pashk Gjini , 60, were detained. During their search and the yacht, the police did not find any illegal items. It is not clear which of them used the weapon. It is reported that the yacht was initially headed for Greece, but then changed course. During the pursuit, one of the people on board jumped into the sea and was later caught by the Border Police.

During the operation, two of the people on board the yacht attempted to approach the shore in a dinghy to escape the police. However, after noticing the presence of officers on land, they returned to the yacht.
