North Macedonia Prime Minister's Bodyguard Arrested! Suspected of Passing Secret Information to Gangs

The bodyguard of the Prime Minister of North Macedonia was arrested this Tuesday, suspected of providing confidential information to criminal gangs.
The suspect is Angel Saramakov from Veles, who was arrested this morning and taken to the Skopje prison in Shuto Orizari. The police will file a criminal complaint against him for the criminal offense of revealing an official secret, local media report.
According to information from the police, Saramakov is suspected of sharing official secrets he possessed with members of the Grçec mafia clan in exchange for money.
Saramakov has been reported several times to internal control and he personally complained about being demoted and filed a complaint with the State Commission for the Prevention of Discrimination.
