NAMES/ Details emerge from the brawl in Durrës, four people were arrested after two vehicles collided

Four people, 3 of whom are brothers, were arrested, one person was declared wanted and another was released, after a physical conflict that occurred yesterday afternoon on Durres Beach.
The conflict began after two vehicles collided, and many people were involved in the fight.
Following the investigations and procedural actions carried out under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, the Crime Investigation specialists of the Plazh Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto the 3 brothers Altin Kraci, 42 years old, Edison Kraci, 36 years old, Robert Kraci, 32 years old, for the criminal offense of "Intentional slight injury", committed in collaboration; as well as Agim Hasanbelliu, 22 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional slight injury", committed in collaboration, "False declaration" and "Acts that hinder the discovery of the truth".
Also, a 63-year-old BiH citizen has been declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Intentional minor injury", committed in collaboration, and "Destruction of property".
Meanwhile, proceedings have begun against citizen A. Zh, 35 years old, resident of Durrës, administrator of the bar in front of which the conflict occurred, for the criminal offense of "Acts that hinder the discovery of the truth".
The incident occurred at around 18:50 on Thursday, when the vehicle driven by BH collided with the vehicle driven by Altin Kraci. After the collision, a physical conflict broke out between Altin Kraci and his two brothers, BH and Agim Hasanbelliu.
During the procedural actions, Agim Hasanbelliu did not cooperate with the authorities and made false statements, while A. Zh. is suspected of having removed and hidden the DVR device of the premises' security cameras to hinder the investigations.
The police are continuing their work to capture Bujar Hasanbelliu and identify other persons involved in the conflict, while the procedural materials have been referred to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for further action.
