The Tirana court jails the two observers of the "Koçeku" group, they were caught after beating Rroshi

The Tirana court has set the security measure "arrest in prison" for 24-year-old Gani Koçeku and Ledio Tushen, who served on January 5 as observers of Ardjan Rroshi, who was physically assaulted with levers and a pistol butt.

Both people are seen in this video while walking on the sidewalk, but according to the prosecution and the Tirana police, their purpose was precisely to observe the movement of the target Ardian Rroshi.

The trial panel decided to accept the request of prosecutor Arjan Muça to keep the two people in prison, arguing that Koçek and Ledio Tushe were part of the scenario of four other people, Ronald Koçek, Luçiano Koçek, Dino Koçek and Gëzim Koçek, who barbarically raped Rroshi.

As for the other 4 persons, security measures have not yet been taken, but a restraining order has been issued against them by the prosecutor of the case.

Police information shows that Artur alias Luciano Koceku, immediately after the fight, left the territory of Albania, flying to Dubai.

Meanwhile, police searches are being conducted to locate and arrest his three friends, Ronald Koceku, Dino alias Abedin Koceku and Gëzim Koceku.

The physical violence against Ardian Rroshi happened as a result of the physical clash that took place in a tourist complex in Dhërmi, where Fatmir Bejo's group physically violated Artur Koceku and some members of his group.

Koceku himself received several head injuries and lost consciousness, but then refused to file a report with the Vlora police, claiming that they had agreed with Fatmi Bejo's people.

But 4 months after the massive riot in Dhërmi, the group led by Koçeku mobilized, violently assaulting Ardian Rroshin, Fatmir Bejo's cousin, with strong objects.

Currently, Ardian Rroshi continues to be admitted to the Trauma hospital in Tirana.
