Wanted since January/ Oltion Buzi surrenders to Tirana police

Oltion Buzi, owner of "Buzi Store", surrendered to Tirana police about a week ago.
Oltion Buzi had been wanted since January 2025 after failing to declare 3.7 million euros in income, and for this reason his business was prosecuted for tax evasion.
The Tirana Prosecutor's Office, through a notice in January, said that the company "Buzi Sport" was using an unauthorized computer system for monitoring and issuing tax invoices.
The vouchers issued by this system were not fiscalized. Meanwhile, the prosecution explains that "Buzi Store" in some cases issued invoices with higher values, while declaring a lower value for tax purposes, thus avoiding tax obligations.
After inspecting 8 locations of this firm, computer units, phones, tablets, and monetary values over 8 million lek were seized as material evidence, which were not justified by legal documentation.
