Conflict over Vlora airport, Behgjet Pacolli wins the trial against Adem

Businessman Behgjet Pacolli has hinted that he has won the legal battle over the Vlora airport against his former partner Valon Ademi, who had sued him in the Tirana Court.
In a post on social networks, Pacolli declares that as of today, Vlora International Airport has returned to institutional normality and legal order, following the previous suspension of actions by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office.
According to Pacolli, the airport's operations will continue normally, implying that justice has ruled in his favor in the conflict with his former partner.
The conflict between Pacolli and Ademi has been at the center of public and media debate for months. Pacolli owned 98% of the shares, while Ademi owned 2%, but the latter claimed that there were agreements and investments that brought him to a 49% stake.
" Normality is returning to Vlora airport!"
The highest act of civic and patriotic responsibility is contributing to the family, society and state through honest, professional work and respect for the principles of justice. Justice, although often faced with challenges and difficult processes, remains universal and inevitable in its implementation.
It is a sense of pride for a citizen when justice in his country functions independently, uninfluenced, and sustainably.
"From today, at Vlora International Airport, institutional normality, legal order and trust are restored, thanks to justice!" writes Pacolli.
