Apeli ka lënë në fuqi vendimin për dënimin me burgim të përjetshëm për Orges Bilbilin, i dyshuar për masakrën e Lushnjës, ku mbetën të vrarë Zamir Latifi dhe Jurgen Hoxhës në vitin 2017.

I njëjti vendim u la dhe për të akuzuarin tjetër, Anterio Kaloshi.
