Properties in Rrjoll/Shpellzaj: How the masked men dug up bones, uprooted graves

Residents of the village of Rrjoll have been opposing the construction of the "Blue Borgo" tourist resort, which is being developed by the company Gener 2, for more than a month. They say the land is theirs, they have not been properly compensated, and the ownership documents have been contested for forgery, creating an ownership conflict with the construction firm.
The current owner of the land, Fatmir Shpellzaj, in front of several other residents of the area, on the show "Opinion" on Tv Klan, accuses that they have removed the graves. For this reason, Shpellzaj states that there was a guard in the area to prevent further damage, while adding that his great-great-grandfather was also there.
"I also put guards there because some scoundrels have also removed graves. Since you pointed your finger, don't point your finger at me. This has nothing to do with it. Mr. Blendi, let me just tell you something. My father's grandfather also died there, but these people have removed the graves ," he said.
Another resident of Rrjoll, Prek Molla, accuses Shpellzaj of falsifying documents. The latter states that Molla is one of those residents who, whenever there is a possibility of an investment in the area, declares that it is his property. To reinforce the accusation of exhumations, Shpellzaj states that he has filed a complaint 5 times, but there have never been any measures regarding the phenomenon.
"This gentleman has nothing to do with me at all. This gentleman, along with the other people, are about 3 km away from me. Any sponsor who goes and builds a house or something, this is the first: "it's my land". I have put guards in, 5 years of guards in the cemetery, look how the scoundrels have done it. Look how these scoundrels have taken out the bones. I have filed a complaint with the police 5 times and no one has taken any action" , he said.
