Parliament in voting process, opposition abandons session after debates with majority over insult to Vokshi

Today's plenary session in the Albanian Parliament was accompanied by tensions and debates. While the vote on the draft law on the agenda was announced in the Assembly, the opposition abandoned the session.
This came after strong debates among opposition MPs, after the head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, addressed Albana Vokshi in strong tones.
It was Balla, who was at the podium speaking about Albania's membership in the EU without the right of veto, a sentence of his that tensed the Democrats present at the parliamentary session.
While mocking the Democrats for not being asked by the government about this possibility of EU membership, Balla insulted MP Albana Voshki, to whom he said: "I have the 0900 number for you, Albana."
After this statement, opposition MPs reacted harshly, some of whom even demanded Taulant Balla's expulsion.
