Nazarko on government changes: Rama's arguments are missing, Berisha is guilty of not stopping them

The dismissals and appointments of ministers have been made without an argument from the prime minister, as required by the constitution. This is how journalist Mentor Nazarko sees the recent changes in the government. In Off the Record with Andrea Dangli on A2 CNN, he said that this has happened to make the departure of Ms. Balluku and two other important ministers, the defense minister and the foreign minister, more natural and less dramatic.
"The constitutional package stated that for every appointment or dismissal of ministers, there was an argument from the prime minister and this should at least have been made public. So, why was someone dismissed and why was someone appointed? This is missing from government communication. If we go to the reasons why it was done, I think it was done to make Mrs. Balluku's departure seem as natural as possible, or to make it seem a little dramatic. Along with her, the foreign minister and the defense minister were sacrificed, two important ministries along with the deputy prime minister, practically she was the prime minister's regent. So I think this is the main reason why Mr. Rama did them ," he said on Off the Record with Andrea Dangli on A2 CNN.
Berisha's statements that preceded the changes in government, for journalist Nazarko, are an obsession of the leading democrat. According to him, if Berisha knew about the events, then why didn't he stop them. And this, he emphasizes, makes him guilty.
"Beyond the competition of who knew in advance and who predicted it in advance, this in my opinion is a continuous effort or a continuous obsession that Mr. Berisha has to show that he knew before everyone else. But if he knows before everyone else when events happen, this makes him more guilty for not being able to prevent them. Not just these events, these types of events that are related to the other camp, but if you know them and you can't stop them. I'm not saying that there was no way he could stop them. But this obsession to show that I am informed, I know them from the inside, because I know them from experience. This is an obsession that does not produce either an increase in electoral support or the quality of public debate." (A2 Television)
