The afternoon session in the Albanian Parliament has resumed with tensions.

The Speaker of the Assembly has given the floor back to the leader of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, which has caused irritation among the opposition MPs.

At one point, Balliu approached Balla in the hall and attempted to hit him, causing a clash between the deputies.

Parliament was engulfed in intense debates after Balla severely insulted MP Albana Vokshi.

"We really didn't have a phone number to call you. For you, Albana, we have the number 0900 ," was Balla's statement that sparked the argument.

"You dirty, shameless, dirty man, you're used to the whores you have in your party. Who are you telling 0900 to? Your sister's number is 0900 ," he said to Bardhi-Balla.
