The court has ordered the prosecution to complete the investigation into Kushova, to clarify the full circumstances of the incident.

Saimir Kushova, a professional diver who is currently imprisoned in Norway for drug trafficking but is being investigated in Saranda for "violation of occupational safety regulations" after the death of a 29-year-old English woman while diving with his expedition.
