Board dissolved for 1 month/ Fuel prices increase, diesel reaches 198 lek per liter

Less than a month after the dissolution of the Transparency Board, fuel prices in the domestic market have increased significantly.
Oil is trading at up to 198 lek per liter, while gasoline has reached 189 lek per liter, reflecting the pressure of developments in international energy markets.
The increase comes at a time when the market operates without the price mechanism set by the Board, leaving companies to set prices according to supply costs and market dynamics.
For consumers, this translates into a higher bill not only for the supply of vehicles, but also the risk of knock-on effects on transport, services and consumer goods prices. (A2 Television)
