Dramatic situation/ Out of control fire in Kruja, evacuation order issued for residents of two neighborhoods

The fire in Kruja has gotten out of control, while the flames, favored by the wind, have spread rapidly and threaten a large number of homes in several residential areas.
The fires have advanced towards the Lluban and Barabit neighborhoods, forcing authorities to order the immediate evacuation of residents.
As part of the evacuation operation, priority has been given to children, the elderly, people with disabilities and families located in isolated areas.
EVACUATION ORDER-KRUJĆ MUNICIPALITY
In the context of the situation created by the fire, the immediate evacuation of residents of the Barab area, Lluban, in the Municipality of Krujë has been ordered.
The process is being carried out in coordination with the National Civil Protection Agency, the Prefect of Durrës District and the Civil Emergency structures of the Municipality of Krujë, with the support of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Police and the Armed Forces.
Please prioritize children, the elderly, people with disabilities, and families in isolated areas.
Residents of the area should follow the instructions of authorities on the ground and cooperate with emergency structures.
