"We're going to hit them very hard," Trump warns Iran: Stop Hezbollah, they're causing a lot of problems

US President Donald Trump has threatened to hit Iran "very hard again" if the latter does not stop its allies in Lebanon.

Trump referred to Hezbollah, a paramilitary group linked to Iran, which has exchanged fire with Israel.

"Iran should immediately stop their highly paid representatives in Lebanon from causing trouble," he wrote.

“If they don’t, we will hit Iran very hard again, just like we did last week, only harder!!! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”

Israel has killed 47 people in Lebanon since the Iran-US deal was signed, according to local civilian officials, and Hezbollah has killed five Israeli soldiers.
