The nurse is stabbed to death in Belgium

A 36-year-old nurse was found dead and covered in blood in her home in Knock, Belgium, foreign media write.

According to the media, the nurse was stabbed 200 times. The victim's ex-partner, a 41-year-old man whose identity has not been disclosed, was arrested for the tragic event.

As Belgian media reports, Veronique was in a relationship with the author for about two years. However, due to infidelities she decided to divorce him. Last September they started having contact again.

Last week, Veronique was at a friend's house when the man continued to text her and make video calls. Late last Sunday night, she returned home while he visited, saying he wanted to pick up his computer that he had left there. The neighbors were disturbed by the noise they heard and a few hours later they found the woman dead.
