Details 313/ 17 portions of cocaine and 13 of hashish in pasta tubes were for Oltjon Asllani, police arrest Seit Xhometa

New details have been revealed from the seizure of a quantity of cocaine and hashish, which was brought into the premises of detention center No. 313 in Tirana. The recipient of the narcotic substance, which was divided into 17 portions of cocaine and 13 portions of hashish, was the detainee, Oltjon Asllani.

Journalist Elton Qyno has learned that since August 2025, Asllani has been held under the security measure "Arrest in prison", after being detained by the police on charges of "Unauthorized possession of weapons and ammunition" and "Murder under qualifying circumstances" in an attempt against two people in the Combine, with the initials RK, 38 years old, and Zh. K.

The prison police had previously received information that pre-trial detainee Oltion Asllani, in collaboration with people from outside the prison, were attempting to smuggle narcotics into the prison premises with the aim of selling them.

Based on this information, his family members, who were bringing food and clothing for Oltjon Asllani, were kept under full surveillance.

Today, citizen Seit Xhometa appeared at the detention center, who, in addition to some clothes, had also brought several boxes of tube-shaped pasta.

Prison police have thoroughly inspected the pasta tubes and found that 17 portions of cocaine and 13 portions of hashish were found inside them.

Citizen Seit Xhometa, who turns out to be a relative of Oltjon Asllani, was immediately arrested in flagrante delicto.

During interrogation, Xhometa claimed that he was unaware of the presence of narcotics, but this did not save him from arrest.

He has been charged with "Introducing narcotics" into prison premises and the investigative acts will now be forwarded to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for review.
