A part of the Opposition, precisely the institutional one that has the largest representation in the Assembly, made the next protest, which it continues to call "civil disobedience". There is no case in world history for an Opposition, especially an institutional one, to organize "civil disobedience".
As I have said many times before, "civil disobedience" is organized spontaneously, when the fundamental rights and freedoms of a minority or a category are continuously violated through a discriminatory norm or through policies or decisions that, in their perception, are unfairly favoring exclusions or discrimination due to affiliation.
"Civil disobediences" do not aim at power and are not mechanisms to achieve power, but are always against power and with their action correcting an unjust norm or a wrong policy, they try to restore social order to the tracks of the state of justice. and democracy.
An Opposition, whoever it may be and moreover the institutional one, when it uses the so-called "civil disobedience" as an instrument to achieve "technical government", it seems clear that it has the final goal of taking power by defeating through its political actions the opponent in the conditions normally he would have to beat them through the numbers.
"Civil disobedience" is a consequence of social traumas or social shocks as a result of visible norms that violate the basic rights and freedoms of a social grouping of the country's demographic reality.
Has Albania had "civil disobedience" under Rama's rule? Yes, there were and they are:
- Mass protests for the importation of garbage
- Student protests
These were two "real civil disobedience" that shocked and endangered the power of Rama. The event of the 14-year-old who lost his life is another event that has created a social shock and is increasing citizens' awareness of "civil disobedience".
Rama gave two clear reaction signals proving that social shocks that have no political goals scare his government and can become a serious problem for him. Therefore, as rarely before, Rama gave some serious signals of his concern:
- Pas ngjarjes të 14 vjeçarit, si asnjëherë më parë doli përballë institucionit të Kryeministrisë duke mbajtur një fjalim shpjegues;
- Nga takimi me shqiptarët në Londër, Rama nuk e përmendi fari "mosbindjen civile" të Opozitës, por sulmojë drejtëpërdrejtë organizatorët që shkuan tek Ministria e Arsimit si reagim ndaj ngjarjes ku humbi jetën 14 vjeçari;
- Filloi menjëherë një turn konsultimesh për të mbyllur apo jo Snapchat apo Tik Tok.
Pra, me këto aksione konkrete Rama dëshmon qartë se nuk ka asnjë frikë apo problem politik nga "mosbindja civile" e Opozitës që nuk bind, por ka frikë nga mosbindjet reale të qytetarëve si pasojë e tronditjeve sociale.
Nëse Opozita institucionale është realisht e interesuar për të krijuar ose mbështetur "mosbindje civile" përse nuk mbështet kauzat e qytetarëve që lidhen me sigurinë e fëmijëve në shkolla, por ka prioritet "qeverinë teknike"? Sepse, "mosbindjet civile" shoqërohen jo vetëm me ndryshime ose korrigjime të normave juridike apo të aksioneve politike të perceptuar të gabuara, por shpesh sjellin e ndryshime rrënjësore të konfigurimeve politike duke rrezikuar kështu establishmentin politik si "Majtas" ashtu edhe "Djathtas".
Opozita kërkon të mbështes vetëm ato aksione që i kontrollon dhe orienton drejt interesit të saj politik, sepse kështu është aktore dhe pretendente e vetme e marrjes së pushtetit. Kjo Opozitë në logjikën e "lojës së pushtetit" me të drejtën kërkon që pushtetin ta marr vetem ajo e të mos e ndaj me askënd.
Në opinionin publik dëgjoje shpesh se nuk ka një përkufizim të saktë për "mosbindjen civile". Në fakt po flasim për fenomen social dhe jo për formulë apo teori matematikore, fizike apo kimike. Prandaj, në fenomenet sociale nuk ecet me terminologji preçize, por ecet me logjikën e analizës në optikën e ngjarjeve historike që grupohen e ndahen sipas kritereve të përbashkëta ose dallues.
Megjithatë edhe sikur të supozojmë se kjo pjesë e Opozitës është duke bërë "mosbindje civile" a është serioze në atë që kërkon dhe insiston?
Justifikimi i tyre është:
- qytetarët protestojnë
- qytetarët po bllokojnë rrugët se nuk janë dakord me qeverinë
Pra, aksionet dhe qëllimet e tyre për pushtet kjo Opozitë e justifikon në emrin e qytetarëve dhe për qytetarët edhe pse shumica e tyre bllokohen në trafik rrugës për t'u kthyer në shpi, ose nëse janë kthyer në shpi as nuk e marrin mundimin të dalin në protestë.
Tani këta dalin e thonë se "mosbindjen civile" e bëjnë për qytetarët! Në protestë pamë deputet e politikan që nëse marrin pushtetin minalimaisht do të jenë ministra.

So, these people say that they fight for the people and in the meantime they have divided the cake of power and if they take it, the scenario seems quite clear, which remains the one that the citizens have seen repeated several times in 34 years of transition!
So, the terminology is very important when it is used in politics, because it shows their seriousness or their credibility and when they lie today with the terms imagine how much they can lie tomorrow in the name of the citizens and the government if they take power.
However, I agree with the political class, that the essential problem is not the terminology they use or manipulate.
Their main political problem is that they are not and are no longer considered an alternative by the citizens, and surely the latter are expecting and looking for something different from the political reality of the so-called "Left" and "Right".
This political class is destined to fall, because it is worn out, it has no ideas or sincere intentions to represent the true interests of the citizens.
