GJKKO orders SPAK to register criminal proceedings and conduct investigations into the claims of the residents of Rrjoll

Following the SPAK decision not to initiate investigations regarding the complaint filed by the residents of Rrjoll for document forgery and corruption, the GJKKO decided to accept the complainants' complaint.

Judge Flojera Davidhi ordered SPAK to register criminal proceedings and conduct investigations into the residents' claims.

According to the latter, the "Baks Bay" project is being built on stolen land and in violation of the law.

For these criminal offenses, residents have accused Fatmir Shpellza of forging documents and the company "Gener 2" of illegal construction.

They have been protesting for 8 months, where there have also been physical clashes with security guards and police.
