The court hearing for Jozef Marku and his driver begins, the prosecution requests "prison arrest"

Court hearings have begun to determine the security measure for singer Jozefin Marku and his driver, Kristjan Nikolli, who were arrested after the violence against Eduard Kuçi. The prosecution has requested "prison arrest" for both arrested.
The hearing is expected to determine the security measures against Mark and Nikolli, while investigations into the incident continue to clarify the circumstances and the role of each of the people involved.
As part of the investigation, the Prosecution is also verifying the use of State Police symbols, while an expert report has been requested to determine whether Eduard Kuçi suffered bodily injuries as a result of the attack.
Meanwhile, Kuçi is wanted by the police on charges of failing to report a crime. According to investigations, he did not report the incident to the police, initially describing it as a simple conflict caused by a vehicle blocking the road.
Subsequently, during verifications conducted by the police, the case was treated as a criminal incident and charges were filed against Kuçi for failing to report a crime.
Jozefin Marku's defense is expected to focus, among other things, on the fact that the person attacked did not file a report about the incident. The court will next decide on the security measure against the two arrested.
