A senior adviser to the commander-in-chief of Iran's Revolutionary Guards stated that Tehran had so far only waged a conventional war and had not yet entered into an asymmetric war, which, according to him, could mean "war on Wall Street, in Manhattan and anywhere, at any time."
Mohammad Reza Naqdi also said that more than 90% of the Islamic Republic's missile stockpiles remain intact and warned that any new attack would have a heavy cost.
“We are implementing the commitments announced by the Supreme National Security Council, but the enemy should know that if he attacks us, he will pay a high price,” Naqdi said. “The Islamic Republic’s missile production network is resilient and self-sufficient.”
He also said that relations between the Revolutionary Guard and the government are "in the best condition" and "very strong."
