SPAK operation/ Several police officers are arrested, BKH agents do not find Vlora Hyseni at home

New details have been learned from the action launched in the early hours of this morning, where the focus of the investigation has been placed on several high-ranking officials and former officials, including employees of the State Police.

As we reported earlier, one of the measures signed by the two prosecutors, Altin Dumani and Bledar Maksuti, had to do with Vlora Hyseni, in whose hands were all the "secrets" of Albanians.

Media sources report that the former director, after being suspended from her position as head of SHISH, is now accused of the criminal offenses of "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime" and "Releasing a secret". The security measure was approved by the Criminal Court of Kosovo, but has not yet been executed, as Hyseni is abroad.

During the search of her apartment, BKH agents did not find Vlora Hyseni at home.

According to publicly available data, the former director of SHISH is currently in Baku, Azerbaijan, where she is reportedly participating in a conference bringing together heads of intelligence services from different countries around the world.

For this reason, the "house arrest" measure has not been executed to this day. It remains to be seen how the execution of the decision will be proceeded with given that Hyseni is outside Albanian territory.

According to the SPAK investigation, Vlora Hyseni is suspected of having committed the criminal offenses of supporting the perpetrator of the crime and revealing the secret.

At the center of prosecutors' suspicions are the relationships she allegedly had with Ergys Agas, a person previously arrested and suspected by the justice system as part of a criminal group that is being investigated for its activities in and around the structures of the AKSHI.

Media sources indicate that as a result of this operation, several State Police officers have been arrested. Details on their number, identities and the specific charges against each have not yet been made public, while the investigation continues and it is expected that the prosecution will provide more information.

Another important development was the appearance of the former director of the State Police at SPAK. Ilir Proda was seen leaving the premises of the Special Prosecution Office, where he was questioned after searches were carried out at his apartment.
