His name appeared in the AKSHI file, the businessman from Durrës is arrested

Embro Sulejmani is the businessman from Durrës who was arrested this Tuesday as part of the investigation into the file now known as the AKSH affair.

Media sources indicate that Sulejmani, who turns out to be the owner of a business in the city of Durrës, was arrested by order of SPAK, a request that was approved yesterday afternoon by the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime.

In addition to the apartment of Ilir Proda and Vlora Hyseni, agents of the National Bureau of Investigation have conducted searches in several apartments, both in Tirana and in the Shkozet area.

Two prosecutors, Bledar Maksuti and Altin Dumani, have requested a series of security measures for officials and former officials, including members of the State Police. According to what has been learned so far unofficially, this request by the prosecutors was issued a few days ago, while only yesterday afternoon did the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime approve the security measures.

 One of the security measures was against Vlora Hyseni, for whom "house arrest" was requested as well as suspension from the position of director of SHISH.

Likewise, a "prison arrest" order was issued against the head of the Scientific Laboratory at the State Police, Fatjon Kalluc. This order was executed this morning.

The senior state police official is a key figure who has emerged during the investigations due to the importance of the work he held at the scientific police institute.

In this very directorate, he deals exclusively with the administration of evidence and documents for various crimes that may occur in Albania, in the state police. And in any case, for many this fact is not surprising knowing the strong connections that Ergys Agasi had in the state police. It is not known to what extent Ergys Agasi influenced to change the course of events for sensational files.
