We consider this simply as another maneuver by the Democratic Party to regain some kind of legitimacy. It is an interest that connects Berisha with the new parties. But, for us, there are two factors that connect Berisha with Rama. The first is related to the limitation, through constitutional amendments, of the action of justice towards key figures, such as Rama and Berisha; The second, the Electoral Reform, which Berisha and Rama want to limit the number of deputies and themselves become lifelong senators. Consequently, we believe that the Electoral Code, drafted by Rama and Berisha, will not give an advantage to the new parties," said Muçi.
"Rama and Berisha are in symbiosis with each other. Berisha has realized that he will never defeat Rama in the elections and is comfortable as the leader of the opposition; and Rama knows that with Berisha in front of him, he will always win," added Muçi.
