The Appeals Court of Kosovo has set February 3 as the date for the hearing of the former director of the Albanian Anti-Corruption Agency, Mirlinda Karçanaj, regarding the appeal of the security measure "house arrest", previously imposed on her by the Appeals Court of Kosovo.
The hearing is expected to be held at 11:00 a.m. The security measures have also been appealed by Deputy Director Hava Delibashi, as well as by former Deputy Director of Tirana Police Erion Ismaili.
The Court of Appeal will also review the appeal of three businessmen Andis Papa, Gezim Hoxha and Rogers Rryta who are under "compulsory appearance" order.
SPAK suspects that Mirlinda Karçanaj committed the criminal offense of "violation of equality of participants in public tenders and auctions" within the framework of a structured criminal group, in collaboration with Hava Delibashi and others.
Businessmen Ermal Beqiri and Ergys Agasi have also been declared wanted for this file.
