Flamur Noka expels Salianj's supporters, DECISION WHITENED: The Presidency takes "retaliation" in the DP branches in the districts, democrats are thrown into the streets

The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, is reported to have launched a harsh campaign of removals from the ranks of the Democratic Party in the districts, excluding all those functionaries who have been identified by the Presidency as supporters of Ervin Salianj.
Newsbomb.al has obtained a decision taken yesterday, on March 23, according to which it is announced that the chairman of the group of democratic advisors and the secretary of the DP Branch in Durrës have been expelled by decision of Flamur Noka.
"Dritan Burgija and Arlind Boshku are excluded from the DPA Municipal Councilors Group in the Municipality of Durrës in accordance with the DPA Statute, article 24, points 1 and 2, and in violation of article IV, point 2 of the Internal Regulations," the Presidency's decision states.

The decision comes just a few days after the Democratic leadership instructed the Durrës Democrats to vote for the mayor they wanted in the party's internal elections, while yesterday, March 23, they expelled them.
This concern was also raised yesterday evening by Ervin Salianji, who emphasized that all those people who the base has identified as his supporters have been expelled from the Democratic Party, being thrown out onto the streets.
"Today I was in Durrës. They have expelled the chairman of the group of advisors and the branch secretary! Three days ago they voted for the chairman they wanted, today they have expelled them because they see that they are my supporters. So they have expelled anyone who thinks differently," said Ervin Salianji.
